About this role
Create short-form Hindi and Hinglish videos and user-generated content for ODS Network. Freshers are welcome. The work arrangement is subject to HR confirmation.
COMPENSATION
Month one: ₹2,000–₹3,000 based on assessment and suitability. From month two, potential ₹5,000–₹10,000 may be considered based on performance, output, quality and management approval; not guaranteed.
Month-two amounts are potential only and are not guaranteed. Final conditions are confirmed by HR.What you’ll do
- Create approximately one short-form video per working day, Monday to Friday.
- Use hooks, service explainers and calls to action in agreed content briefs.
- Reserve Saturday for agreed revisions and editing, subject to final HR agreement.
What helps you succeed
- Confident Hindi or Hinglish speaking.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Basic phone filming and short-form editing skills.
- Freshers may apply; no prior brand collaboration is required.
Working expectations
- A smartphone and internet access are sufficient; costly equipment is not required.
- Do not create or submit content involving claims that are not authorized.
