Applicant privacy notice

ODS Network Pvt. Ltd. collects the information you provide in this application to assess your suitability for the role, contact you about recruitment, and maintain recruitment records.

What we collect

Contact details, city and state, creator skills and availability, optional portfolio links, application answers, recruitment decisions and any assessment content you choose to submit after shortlisting. Do not submit Aadhaar, PAN, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

How we use it

Authorized recruitment staff may review your application and use the details to manage selection. We do not sell applicant information. Assessment videos remain yours and will not be used in commercial advertising without separate explicit permission.

Retention and requests

Retention periods and deletion-request handling must be configured by ODS Network before launch. For a privacy request or question, contact hr@odsnetwork.in. This notice is a launch placeholder and should be reviewed for applicable Indian privacy requirements before production.

Optional Meta campaign measurement is off by default and loads only after you allow it in the consent panel. You can decline and still use the careers site. The pixel receives standard page/job events and a deduplicated successful-application event, without contact details from the browser.
