Recruitment terms

Applying is free. ODS Network does not require applicants to pay any fee or purchase equipment to apply or participate in recruitment.

Application does not guarantee selection, employment, a stipend, or a particular work arrangement. Any stipend and remote-work conditions are confirmed by HR in a written offer and remain subject to the stated performance and management conditions.

Applicants retain ownership of their submitted videos and other creative material. ODS Network will not use assessment content in commercial advertising without separate, explicit permission.
